Predatory billing. I called for a consult and received a $255 bill. Absolute crooks.
If my daughter needs a follow-up sleep study, we will not be returning here. While the technician was very nice personally, she was not professional or attentive in carrying out her job responsibilities. She told me that if anything came loose or disconnected during the night, she would come into the room to assist my daughter. I know for a fact that my daughter’s oxygen tubing came out of her nose sometime in the middle of the night, yet no one ever came in to fix it. I attempted to schedule an appointment today, but the experience was incredibly unprofessional. The operator was rushed and did not provide any appointment availability until I handed over my insurance, credit card, and email. Most concerningly, when I asked about their cancellation policy, she repeatedly told me to hang up and call back later.
