Horrible customer service and attitude as well. Whenever you call, it goes to voicemail and nobody answers. Don’t use them.
CPAP machine unexpectedly hit the fritz (mind you my wife is expecting our first child in the next couple of weeks so sleep is pretty much required at this time frame). I called commonwealth sleep center on a whim, had seen them once years ago - they still happened to have my record. Usually it takes weeks if not a month to get in see a provider and do a new study to get a new CPAP. Not commonwealth…Rita in their office worked literal magic to expedite EVERYTHING. I visited the facility as a walk in to get assistance for records from few years back. Amanda was excellent and super helpful in taking care of our (family) needs immediately. Very timely helpful and we are grateful with Amanda’s exceptional assistance. Thank you again.
