Staff was making jokes and laughing at the top of their lungs at 11pm after the studies were started. Impossible to sleep even with headphones and fan.
I’ve stayed overnight at this King Street facility a few times for an initial diagnostic and follow-up, and I am so glad to see that their superb service, kindness, and professionalism remain consistent across every single visit. Had to do a sleep study, pending results, but showed up and address was accurate and process was easy. Edit: sleep study was done, second one was done. Got referral and then called early for appointment.
I had a very frustrating experience at Commonwealth Sleep Center. Before my sleep study, I specifically asked the staff what the latest time I could remain at the facility after the study was completed because I needed to coordinate transportation with my military leadership. I was clearly told that I could stay until 7:00 a.m., so I arranged my pickup accordingly.
