This place had 2 stars 2 years ago and now there are a bunch of 5 star reviews in the last year all at the same time. Fake fake fake.4.6???? Are you insane???? Lot of reviewers with maybe 1-3 reviews. I doubt this place was capable of making people write their first review. After calling for parts waiting a week for parts he didn’t give me what I needed. Bad network of bad communication skills equals terrible service
Great service
Staff was making jokes and laughing at the top of their lungs at 11pm after the studies were started. Impossible to sleep even with headphones and fan.
I’ve stayed overnight at this King Street facility a few times for an initial diagnostic and follow-up, and I am so glad to see that their superb service, kindness, and professionalism remain consistent across every single visit. The facility itself is exceptionally clean, but the staff truly makes the difference. I especially want to highlight Nurse Ruth—she was absolutely outstanding.
