Do they just hire anybody here? There is a new employee in Maple named June who seems completely incompetent and unable to properly do her job. She is falling asleep in the open area, constantly on her phone, and yelling at residents, which is completely unacceptable. There is also a serious communication barrier with residents because she does not speak English. This is ridiculous and needs to be addressed immediately.
Very clean, attractive to residents Always a pleasurable experience
Visited a family member. Staff friendly and kind to my family. Facility is clean and well cared for... Same for my family member. Highly recommend!
I have been to many assisted living places but none can match the homey feeling of Viva. The staff truly care for the residents and it shows in the way residents react to them, like they are family.
