Really. Exactly what I needed. I felt treated and serviced, not sold. That's important to me. Walked in with the best shoes I've ever owned, albeit worn. Walked out with a new spring in my step!
The shoes arrived on time in great condition. The box was a bit banged up because they were shipped in a plastic bag, but it didn’t affect the shoes thankfully.
