COMMONWEALTH ROOFING-Perfect workmanship, details focused exactly what I asked for. Tristan (roofer) double checked all of it, beautiful shingles gutters and downspouts. Tristan is great to work with. Commonwealth Roofing is highly recommended. Roof, large shed placed gutter & downspouts, new roof, gutters & downspouts.
Very professional, fair pricing and quality workmanship. James and Tristin were both so great to work with. They inspected our EPDM roof and did some minor repairs which included sealing some joints and installing flashing at the rear of the building to better divert water into the gutters. I am very happy with the results and now have a roofer that I can trust to take care of our roofing needs in the future.
He had a weird leak in our family room coming from some trim in our sliding glass door. Another company was going to charge us $5000 for a roof replacement. Commonwealth roofing came over and was able to deduce that the leak was probably due to an overflowing gutter during heavy rain because of our gutter guard, and the fact that we have no drip edge on the roof. He took off the gutter guard and charged us a nominal fee. We are very pleased.

Tristan came out after all the down pours of rain we had this year. He spent the time to find the leaking around my roof flashing, explained everything to me and when he did the repair he really put in the effort to assure the repair was done right!
