They sent a Scam postcard to us trying to get us to use their service, and claimed we would be billed if we didn’t call and that the service was transferred upon closing. It wasn’t. We use a different company that was transferred. We’ve NEVER heard of these people. Furthermore, the postcard was addressed to the law firm that handled closing. NOT to us. Very scammy and sus business.
