Dr Joy was such a pleasure and so informative. She also kept my child at ease which can be really hard most times. The dental hygienist was also really great too, she was so vested into everything my daughter had to say. It made me feel happy that my daughter felt comfortable and cared for. Dr joy and her Dental hygienist they get 5/5 stars for sure. The reason for the 3 stars is her front desk. As a first visit to this office the front desk experience was very poor. Dr. Joy was wonderful with our son! She was patient and kind. She made him feel calm and comfortable.
My kids have been seen here for several years and have always had great service and caring staff. Until a “missed appointment”. I called 3x to cancel the appointment: 2x I left a message and 1 time it rang and no one picked up. I offered to show proof of the calls from my phone but it was refused. I was told they would send it to the office manager and I would get a call back but never did. I just received a call to confirm daughter’s appointment tomorrow and I was told I would need to pay the fee before she could be seen. I... read more
