Office staff was very good and helpful. Saw the NP Lisa and she was very good. Knowledgeable and good information. Going to try an epidural shot on my back to help my pain but this will take 6 weeks because they are so busy. Long time to wait for relief but understand.
They have continue to keep on taking care of me and figuring out why they're not paying for my medicine on my medical card and trying to work everything to help me out
I love seeing this team at New Albany, they know what there doing while having your wishes and concerns taken care of. Very Professional.
