My daughter my son, and I initially have been going to United Smiles in Petersburg. My daughter has been complaining of discomfort. So, after four phone calls of leaving messages for 5 days because no one seems to want to answer the phone there or return calls. I called here yesterday needing an ASAP appointment for my daughter. The gentleman that answered the phone was very polite and was able to get her in the very next day due to a cancelation. Friendly staff, explained everything and the kids always have a good experience. Kids don’t necessarily enjoy dentist visits but this one does a great job and puts them at ease and makes it as comfortable as possible.
The staff at commonwealth orthodontics was beyond AMAZING with my son. My son has a high level of anxiety and was afraid to get his braces on. The staff were ALL so patient and explained everything to him for several hours. The time they devoted to him and even thought him ice cream, was beyond impressive. The compassion and the patience with the staff will be something he (and I) never forget! Thank you to you all and look forward to the next couple of years with you all through the process!
I was an orthodontics patient for just over two years. I started out as a patient of Dr. Byers and he was great! Due so some scheduling conflicts I began to see Dr. Lander. He is phenomenal! I would drive several miles out of my way just so I could see him at whichever practice he was at on my schedule day. Dr. Lander's demeanor and communication skills are excellent. We’re on our third child to have their braces with Dr. Beyers and I can’t say enough good things about him! Of course Dr. Beyers work is amazing, but the staff is also great and the office is very modern and clean. I highly recommend!!
