Absolutely phenomenal court system... Except when they allow women to brag in the review panel about how they got their man locked up and didn't even need evidence .... ( I don't know the details so I can't morally place an opinion on that other than she's bragging about locking up an innocent man )
It was very easy to get a restraining order and charges put on my man. I didn't even need evidence.
Violated Due Process, Violated my 4th Amendment, Police Misconduct and Negligence along with Abuse of Power and Harrassment and discriminatory. It is not fair and equal. It’s a poor person fighting a room full of people that only want to throw them away. They are Silenced by fake lawyers and most currupt system I’ve ever witnessed. Judges job is to stop over procecution and someone needs to stop them ! Mass incarceration at its worst !
