Found Tim's company after a long time of searching online. His company had the best offer for us and they already had really great reviews. We met with Tim and got pre-approved that same day. We knew right away that we would stay with him. He was reliable, knowledgeable, friendly, helpful, supportive, and communicative throughout the whole process. He even recommended a great realtor who helped us find our first home. Tim made the experience very easy and we would recommend him to anyone.
We were first time home buyers and had no clue where to start. We did not have a very helpful realtor but Ryan was wonderful from day one to the very last day of closing!! Anyone that is looking to buy a home I would recommend Ryan with commonwealth mortgage group!!!
