Commonwealth Masonry come to pave my parking lot and did so in violation of the local ordinances and without a permit. When the city sent them a letter to fix the violation, they did not respond and we were forced to pay the violation notice and pay another company to come in and fix the violation which cost several thousand dollars. Commonwealth Masonry did a horrible job and never fixed the problem or returned any calls after their bad work.
They are terrible. Do not pay them 100% of the money unless they finish everything. We paid them in full, but they didn’t finish the job. Some of the job they did was terrible. Luke signed the paper wrote the things he promised he will fix, but they never came back. He said he got injured and he can’t work so he’ll fix everything when he gets better.
