The Most EXPENSIVE lab in the WORLD , and worst customer service. Well we faxed that, I have a record, well when the Dr don't have it they don't have it. Bill you a year after the test. Breath test was over 6grande to blow in 5 glass vials, then never heard a peep outta. I'm sorry but not only do you fax to Dr but for that price I think you can afford to put a dang stamp on & send to the person giving you their air. NEVER AGAIN!!!!!
