Couldn't reccomend this company enough! Everyone I've spoken to was super friendly and kind! My agent Jenna was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable in helping me find the right car insurance plan for me as an inexperienced driver. She answered all of my silly questions in a timely manner and with incredible patience. I've already reccomended them to several of my friends and family, and no one has anthing but wonderful comments!!
I called for help. I was being canceled by my agent for no reason amd I asked if I could deal directly with them and they never even got back to me. Terrible customer service
