The girl that sits right at the window in the shipping office next to dock door 180 is perfect! She is extremely nice and professional always. She gives me my dock door and her team unloads me fast at door 206.I prefer to deal with her when I arrive for my appointment. Restrooms are outside but all and all a good company. This is for Walton KY
I check in near dock door 180-182 it is the shipping side of the building. I am unloaded in a timely manner in dock door 188 and my container is always cleaned out nicely. The awesome lady in the shipping office window is a pleasure to deal with during my appointments at commonwealth. I enjoy delivering here
Arrived at 10:45am, for 1:30pm appointment, received dock immediately. They started loading at 1:50pm. Loaded at 2:20???
