Unable to speak with anyone in the office. All calls go through an answering service/AI. I work for a testing facility and this is super inconvenient when a patient is here waiting for an order or clarification on an order. Especially when you are asked to spell the pt's complete name and if you don't speak clear enough they don't get it right and you have to repeat yourself. Then they repeat it back to you and if you make the slightest noise it interrupts them and they start over. This is not a good system at all!!!! PLEASE... read more

A travesty of a medical clinical. We had a confirmed appointment, took off work, drove from Scranton, and arrived only to find they had discharged us as a patient without notice due to not receiving previously cancelled appointment calls. Only establish care here if you want to be abandoned at your most vulnerable.

I’ve been going here for years now, I would hate to have to go elsewhere. They provide a lot of services in one site. Dr. Im is THE BEST. She is so knowledgeable and caring. I always leave there feeling much better than I did when I went in, and I’m the type of person who thinks something minor like a muscle spasm means I’m going to die.

I have been a patient here well over 20 years. I called them and asked about an appointment. I was told just go to the walk in clinic. Upon arrival and in pain from kidney stones, I was told that I cannot be seen because my old doctor left. So why have me come in while in pain to tell me this? Very poor

I live in Harvey's Lake and I went to the Commonwealth clinic in Shavertown. From the receptionist to the Nurse to the Doctor it was a great experience. JOHN MAGISTRO
