I just tried to call to find out about a prescription that has expired and to try to set up an appointment. Commonwealth health has switched over to an AI system that does its damnedest to keep you from speaking to a human being. And then when it finally did allow me to speak to someone, it’s switched to me over to someone who I guess is in India (because there was about a 2 second lag) who tried to claim that they were in the branch, and it was a very negative experience. Unable to speak with anyone in the office. All calls go through an answering service/AI. I work for a testing facility and this is super inconvenient when a patient is here waiting for an order or clarification on an order. Especially when you are asked to spell the pt's complete name and if you don't speak clear enough they don't get it right and you have to repeat yourself. Then they repeat it back to you and if you make the slightest noise it interrupts them and they start over. This is not a good system at all!!!! PLEASE... read more

A travesty of a medical clinical. We had a confirmed appointment, took off work, drove from Scranton, and arrived only to find they had discharged us as a patient without notice due to not receiving previously cancelled appointment calls. Only establish care here if you want to be abandoned at your most vulnerable.

I’ve been going here for years now, I would hate to have to go elsewhere. They provide a lot of services in one site. Dr. Im is THE BEST. She is so knowledgeable and caring. I always leave there feeling much better than I did when I went in, and I’m the type of person who thinks something minor like a muscle spasm means I’m going to die.
