What is the definition of a walk in clinic? According to Wikipedia, and it’s a medical facility that accepts patients on a walk-in basis and with no appointment required. I recently had reason to call and ask for an appointment with my PCP located there. After being told there were no appointments until mid January I asked about the walk in clinic. My wife has been calling for the past several days about wound care. She has been spoken to by Dr.A 's nurse extremely disrespectfully and quite rudely .constantly interrupting my wife. No concerns about possible infection at all. Her arrogant and narcissistic attitude is a disgusting disgrace. No empathy at all. And after two days calling and asking for a very important call by any doctor, NOTHING. That nurse is a nurse only in title .
