I have been apart of Lehigh valley health network since I was a child, I am now in my 40s... I have been with this office location for 6-7 years... I am from Allentown so of course I followed Lehigh valley to Mt top for all my medical needs.. even driving 1.5 to Allentown for some apts.... I have been with this office through a great deal of changes, even the doctors... with all this being said... I will never go back!!! Had a great experience today at commonwealth lab. I left my lab orders at home. Wendy at the lab was so helpful, she assisted me to get them pulled up and printed right there. This saved me from having to go back home to come back another day, which would have really put me in a bad situation of not being able to get a procedure done. I want to say thank you so much and I appreciated all she did for me today. Great customer service from Wendy K!!
