Goodluck getting a hold of them for anything. No one ever answers.
I have been trying for two hours this morning to pay an $80 bill that I just received yesterday. I tried last night for an hour to log on make an account to try to pay this bill. Bill never could get it done. They come up with leave your voicemail and we’ll get back to you and then it says this phone is not set up to take voicemail. That was on three phone numbers. It is always had to deal with a billing company. Especially Hospital bills that are inflated. I have been trying to contact them in order to update insurance information. Wait times are unacceptable. People are at work and we don't have time to sit on hold and then they want to put you in collections
This is soooo predatory. Bill came in saying it was past due… but due date is on December 15th. This is the first bill I’ve received and it was sent 11/25. They immediately put you on hold, doesn't matter which option you select, you won’t get to speak with a person from the jump. They don’t send an itemized bill or offer one immediately online because they’re trying to sneak some BS charges in there NO DOUBT. Nowhere to add insurance on their website. Wait time is crazy.
