These people are nothing but liars. I had a much needed surgery in February and received a bill for almost $3,000. It should come as no surprise, given the current economic state, that I cannot afford such a bill when I can barely afford to eat most days. I called to inquire about a financial assistance application and was told to print it off at home and was told to bring in proof of income and the application. A bill was generated on June 5th and we received it on the 10th and when I called that day it was already sent to collections. Surgery was march 1st and this was the very first bill we got. They are very nasty and very poor customer service

You have to call back repeatedly to make headway on anything you need. Staff talks to you like you’re stupid when you try to explain what you need and ask why you’re having to keep calling to get things done. One woman in particular will talk over you when you try to explain your question thoroughly; she continues to give nonsensical responses and gets louder and louder when you attempt to get a simple yes or no answer to questions. Horrific customer service.

Called to try to get a print out of what I paid this year and they don’t do that anymore. Kinda fishy if you ask me to not provide this info.
