Called in for some basic information about solar, one of their representatives walked me through the whole process and took the time to make sure I understand how it works. Can just tell this company actually cares about their customers. Highly recommend

We received a visit from a Commonwealth Energy rep to set up a PPA for solar panels. When we agreed to have this visit, we were told it was only to be an informational meeting, with no warning it was for a PPA program. He took us through a shallow presentation, put together an offer, and applied high pressure tactics to have us sign a contract with no opportunity to read it.
