Michael Ivers is a great guy. When I first met him, I thought he was a cop and I was in trouble. He assured me he isn't and I'm not on trouble. He's understanding, nice and polite. He's helped me a lot already! I was unsure about him at first, but he's gained my trust as someone near by who'll listen thank you, Michael!

Self appointed “chief” Mike Ivers claims he wants to push back against the stigma his agency is receiving. Decides the best way to do that is to behave irresponsibly and then argue with members of the public instead of taking accountability and admitting he was in the wrong. Shows a total lack of ethics. If you can’t trust them to be honest about a pretty public screw up, can you trust them with your life? Your loved ones? Your child’s? Terrible public interface. Instead of addressing public criticism and concern professionally and taking responsibility, they deleted their Facebook page only after censoring people's comments. I hope the county and the department of health look into this agency and do something to address concerns where they aren't.
