Missed a bill shuts off during a heat wave, an intense one. Call get an amount to pay. Call back once we knew we had that amount... like 15 mins later. Now the payment changes and we can't pay it back on. GOOOO SOLLLLLAARRR fudge this company.
If we could give it 0 stars we would. Worst customer service and lacks communication. Their representatives are incompetent and cannot transfer calls between departments properly thus restarts the customer’s hold process on the phone. Which is over an hour+ long wait each time. Their payment option on their website is bugged and when we submit a support ticket, they have not responded in over 6 months!! What is the use?
