I had my first appointment at the Commonwealth Dentistry today and I couldn’t be more impressed. From the moment I walked in, the staff was welcoming, professional, and made me feel completely at ease. The office itself is modern, clean, and has a really comfortable atmosphere. The hygienist took her time and explained everything clearly, which I really appreciated. The absolute worst customer service & lack of professionalism. They didn’t communicate any fees or copays until after the appointment was booked, and I arrived in person only to be told I needed to pay $280 today. I had an initial appointment & confirmed the appointment via text. It was never disclosed that any fees would need to be paid day of service. I spoke with the office manager & informed her that I could not pay anything today. She said they could rebook me, but the doctor’s time was valuable… as if my time was less ... read more
i don’t like needles, my anxiety starts days before the appt. The Doctor and asst ensured i was well numbed and not receiving any pain prior to starting the procedure. i really appreciate that. the procedure went smooth and relatively fast, I know the Doctor rotates through multiple patience. overall I rate the exp a 10, thank you Commonweath Denistry.
Amazing staff. Could not emphasize it enough they walk you through every step. Make sure you’re comfortable and give you a plan for success. The staff there could not be more respectful and understanding to any condition and for that I thank them very much. Absolute amazing professionals definitely recommend.
The visit was very professionally handled. From the front desk thru dental hygienist Ms Megan who have me extremely professional and thorough setvice to Dr Reddy who checked me out closely and then thru the awesome ladies at the front desk area. All gave personal, professional and friendly service. And right in and out on schedule! Would recommend to anyone. Thank you!
