We’ve worked with Commonwealth on three remodels—including our kitchen, dining area, powder room, laundry, entryway, master bedroom, master bath, and screened porch—and have recommended them to our neighbors. Commonwealth contractors always arrived on time, demonstrated skill, and were efficiently managed by Mike and his team. Each project was completed on-time and on-budget. Mike is committed to his work and addresses any concerns quickly.
The folks at Commonwealth Contracting were by far the best team that we've worked with. Not only did they do beautiful work on our primary bathroom remodel, but they did it in a very timely fashion, were great communicators, and were extremely tidy and timely throughout the process. We really felt like we were a priority, and the final result far exceeded our expectations. Special nod to their tile guy, who did an absolutely incredible job on our beautiful shower and floors!

I have used Commonwealth for multiple home projects and I've always been very pleased Last year they vaulted the ceiling on my screened porch Mike met with me to make sure he understood what I wanted and when they finished it was exactly what I described and I've received many positive comments from visitors. We had a big project renovating almost our entire house. Mike was great to work with and timely every step of the way. We had lots of changes in plan during construction due to unforeseeable things that were hidden with our house and Mike was great adapting his timeline with ours. His teams are professional as well. We had some issues with our accordion door opening and closing after the project was done almost a year later and structures have settled.
