Mike and his team were so great to work with while they remodeled a large part of our home. I really appreciated their expertise and attentiveness. They made it such a positive experience and we are so happy with the end results.

Could not have been more pleased with our experience. The Commonwealth team completed a large home renovation for us. They were always responsive to questions during the project, and even after everything was completed! They were on time, from day to day work, and with the global project. Any delays out of their control were transparently communicated. They were on budget, and most importantly, the quality of work is superb. I could go on at length about our experience, and never run out of positive things to say.
They did a fantastic job replacing our deck. They identified problems in the original construction with the pilings and materials and ensured that the new deck will be more stable last significantly longer than our original. They did a great job of staying on budget and schedule, finishing on time and with no major surprises. Highly recommended for any work you need on your own home.
Mike did an exceptional job remodeling my kitchen. This included removing a load-bearing wall, re-routing the electrical and plumbing that were in the wall, some demo of a pantry/closet, and putting it all back together. He was really easy to work with, and met the schedule and price estimate that was discussed up-front with me. His foreman, Nick, is great as well.
