Warning – I took my computer there 10 days ago and informed them I had to have it back by April 5th at the VERY latest as I had a seminar to prep for on the 6th. Guess what? Today is the 5th and I'm typing on my husband's laptop. I am so angry at these lowly people. Do not take you computer there -- other places are better.
