Registered my kid at swimming classes and paid online. We attended on time before the start of the class on Sunday. The substitute instructor lost her list of joining kids and did not allow my kid to join. After losing 20 min of the class time, she finally agreed to let my kid join, ending up spending only 10 minutes at that class. I filed a complaint through the city and got an email from the facility programmer with judgemental comments with no intention to apologize or compensate for that missing class. This place is garbage. We signed up for swimming lessons for our munchkin and now they DON'T have lessons for the next 2 weeks and NO lessons on Easter Saturday, which we can understand because it's a holiday. We paid money and not getting our money's worth because website said April to June, every Saturday and now they keep cancelling it. Talked about refund and they said there'll be cancellation fees and some other fees which will level out any refund 😡.
