Online scheduling is easy. I only wanted an oil change , and made sure I stayed that to the service representative. Waiting room has comfortable chairs. My reason for the low star is my interaction with the service representative. I was approached to say my service was complete. I made reference to a 10.00 coupon off oil change. I was shown the paperwork with pricing for tire rotation and oil change. The rep stated tire rotation was done and the final price of service was discounted. My wife brought her Chevy Cruze in for an oil change. She was told needed 2 tire pressure sensors. They couldn’t tell her which 2 , and she did not have TPMS warning light on. I checked all 4 with my scan tool and they all checked out okay.
