Not a customer but nearly took out the front end of my truck while turning into the empty lot connected to enterprise which according to there desk person belongs to this business. As you can see in the picture taken from inside the lot the chain is very hard to see as it blends into the asphalt and the 2 cones are placed in a way that makes it look like just the exit is prohibited, but not entering from here. They will not serve your EV if you didn't buy from them. They will also not tell you this limitation till you pull up to the service line after making an appoint weeks ago. Service person was rude.
