Absolutely the worst banking experience I have ever had. The customer service is unbelievably poor. Every time I contact them, it’s nothing but back-and-forth with no actual resolution. I’ve called around 10 times regarding the same issue, spent an unreasonable amount of time waiting on hold, and the problem STILL has not been resolved.
