My daughter’s Kia Forte was sideswiped by one of Commonwealth’s insured drivers. They initially sent me a $2,000 check, which was nowhere near enough to cover the actual cost of repairs. I took the car to Caliber Collision, and Commonwealth avoided their calls when additional payment was needed. The total repair cost ended up being over $6,000. Horrible criminal company. I was hit by a common wealth customer 3 WEEKS AGO! I haven’t heard a thing from my adjuster “Brianna Young” my car is still damaged and I am very stressed. I have left voicemails for Brianna and her “supervisor” - I have informed them both that I am pregnant. I can’t believe this is how anyone is treated in a situations where I was at no fault and someone hit me on my way home. This is terrible and I hope to take legal action to help protect future victims of this insurance scam.
DON'T TRUST THIS INSURANCE!! If I could give half a star, I would. We had roof damage from the hail storm on our home. When I called and spoke with our agent, Jeremy, he threatened me and told me that if I file a claim, he would "cancel my insurance and nobody would ever insure me". We filed anyway, he sent an adjuster out who looked at our roof and we received a letter back stating that our roof had "normal wear and tear" and our claim was denied.
