This has to be the worst insurance company of all time. They only communicate every couple weeks, don't answer the phone and when they do respond they use a auto response bot. Worst company ever!!! Do not work with them. They are slow and horrible!! I never write bad reviews about companies because it is usually not that serious for me but this company sucks.
If I could give them 0 or negative I 100% would. My experience with Commonwealth Casualty has been the WORST, and the lack of communication on my auto claim has now had a massive impact on my life. How is this company even in business? Honestly my first call with the adjuster was fine. After review they said they would assume 100% liability after one of their insured drivers rear ended me. After that initial phone call I cannot get ahold of anyone, no call back after leaving numerous voicemails, and my adjuster has supposedly changed. Anytime I use the extension for my adjuster it’s just straight to an answering machine. After reading other reviews I’m starting to wonder if they are even a legit company.
Horrible place do not use them after almost 4 months ther finally totaled my vehicle they do not stay in contact with anyone and want you to pay for everything I will be reporting them to b.b.b and have a lawyer on call if you are using them for anything
