It was tip top. My barber was Austin. I called ahead of time asking if he can work with long curly hair, looking for a medium-long mod cut. I was very nervous as I haven't gotten a professional haircut done in over 10 years. He did a great job. Only thing is he did cut it a bit shorter than I would've liked but the shape/style was perfect. Wish I could've tipped him more. Austin if you read this, enjoy your hikes while summer still here. Some great locations in Tahoe. Thanks for your work, I love it.

I’m very disappointed with how Brian treated us after being loyal customers for a couple of years. My brother and I have been coming here consistently for haircuts, and we have always been respectful, on time, and tipped every visit. Recently, my brother was only about 5 minutes late to an appointment, and instead of handling it professionally, Brian yelled at him, disrespected him, and kicked him out. Just got cut up by an amazing barber named Zack. Bro did an amazing job, super chill and nice guy too would highly recommend booking Zack for your next appt. Will definitely be coming back to him for my next cut. Im very picky with my haircuts, I have no complaints here, just positives.
