I asked the person in front if I could withdraw a specific amount of money from my account and she said yes, as long as I had my CommBank app to identify myself. I told her I did have it. But when I spoke to the teller named Mikey, he said, “We normally allow people to withdraw this kind of amount but not with you.” That felt VERY racist.
