I'm a Chinese international student, and today I went to open a bank account. I was assisted by Jill, who kindly helped me fill out the forms and double-checked my personal information. The entire account opening experience was excellent—definitely deserves a five-star rating.
Visited a Commonwealth Bank this branch today to get some coin change. The coin machine wasn’t working, so I went to the teller instead. There was no queue at the time, yet after explaining what I needed, the staff member simply dropped the coins on the counter without any acknowledgment, eye contact, or basic courtesy. I went to this branch for a general enquiry. Sumathy took her time not only to answer the queries, but also she looked at my account, fixed my interest rates and offered other products of commbank that I was totally unaware of. I would absolutely give 5 star for her kindness and care towards customers
Second commbank branch I’ve been to today and all machines are out of services. Absolute disgrace commbank!!! And you should be ashamed for closing all the branches down ifs so hard to find a branch these days.
