I went to the branch yesterday. Natalie Siow was the one assisting me. She was extraordinary! She was very helpful throughout the whole process. Her service was excellent. I’ve been banking with commbank for a long time and been to other branch countless times but Natalie really struck me. She should be a role model for others existing and after her to come. I greatly appreciate her assistance.

When i went to go to ask some information about my bank account, an asian woman with a ponytails and blond hair who work in this local didn’t spoke to me respectfully. I Thankfully for the other co-workers who gave me a good welcoming. I didn’t like her service customers. I don’t ask so much but when you have to purpose a service customer, the respect is the first step.
