I needed a spark plug replacement and the Suburu dealership quoted me at $429! I’ve used to change my own spark plugs when I had an Audi which were located on top of the engine. However, the ones on this Suburu are located on the sides and I did not have the tools nor the time to do it myself. Called Ralph and he told me as long as I got the parts myself. He’ll charge me for labor only which he quoted me for $150! That is fair priced and it did not require any diagnostic like any other auto shop. Took it to the shop and wait... read more

Very timely and great work/service
Ralph is very reasonable & good at what he does . My alternator on my car went out, l went to O'Reilly's & bought a alternator, Ralph put it on the next day and charged me a good price .he's fast and good at what he does. I give this Auto repair shop five stars
Ralph is very rude and disrespectful will never go to him again
