13 years I've been taking our pets here. Roxy (our lab mix((older-12 years)) is currently in dire straights and after 13 years of being a loyal customer, they cannot wait 4 days for payment. Even after explaining she probably can't wait 4 days, they said "sorry about your luck, find a nieghbor or someone to borrow money from". This is the current state of and/or treatment of a loyal customer? Apparently this business values money far, far, more than they value customers, customer emotions, or animal life. The entire staff is awesome! They treat your pets as if they are their own. Dr. Bussey,Dr. Phillips and Dr Mcclure are great. I will never use anyone else. My Izzy has been in twice for emergencies and Dr. McClure on one Sunday and Dr. Phillips the other Sunday . Both took time out of their day to meet me and take care of her. Tonight I was looking at my baby and they had removed a large mole she had free of charge. What other clinic would do that? Thank you all for everything!
I would never hesitate to take my pets to Commonwealth Animal Hospital. They staff is very friendly & the vets are caring. I've been here multiple times in the last month with my Jack and Dr. McClure has been wonderful. I really do appreciate the care & concern she has shown.
