So getting the appointment was frustrating once finally getting appointment at the facility was amazing but then you have to wait for the doctor to go over all of the notes to get back in contact with you that was beyond frustrating I had to literally call every week and all I kept getting was we are emailing the doctor about your concern I finally get in contact with the doctor a month later for him to schedule me on a Monday and then don’t call or answer so now I’m still waiting and getting the run around after 2 1/2 month... read more

Since February back and forth finally on July have his appointment and now is September waiting to been seen. No one call o nothing I keep calling to see what the status o his appointment well we on sept 9,2025 and still waiting to see when hes gonna been see with therapy..is awful people don't like to work thise day.

I cannot say enough positive things about Commonwealth ABA Therapy. If I could give them 10 stars, I would! Sabrina has been an absolutely amazing BCBA, always going above and beyond to ensure my son's needs are met. I wish I could give 10 stars to CommonwealthABA! From the time I filled out the questionnaire to the diagnosis, took only 3 weeks. All of the staff I spoke with during our families experience, were kind and compassionate. Abie was very prompt in responding to my questions via email. All of her instructions were clear and easy to understand. The paperwork and questionnaires were a breeze. After I completed what was required of me, she had me on the schedule in a snap! We have been bringing our daughter here for a few months. We are extremely happy and grateful that they are so willing to help our special needs child. She is 13 and past the common ABA preferred age. The fact that the people at Commonwealth are willing to give my daughter the help she so desperately needs has been a blessing. We have been turned away by several therapies due to her age and her inability to self care regarding potty and other issues.
