WORST APARTMENT BUILDING EVER. Our unit has flooded twice and displaced us for over 8 weeks. They did not offer us alternate accommodations and made us pay our rent when we were not able to live there. Door fobs NEVER work so you get locked out on a weekly basis. We have not had access to the pool or gym for over a year! two amenities we pay for. EXTREMELY unreliable mailroom for packages. This is the worst building in Denver. The management is so rude, disrespectful, incompetent and unhelpful. They always turn off the water and have fire alarms. The fobs never work, the mailroom is a mess, the garage never works. Our apartment flooded twice and we were not compensated and had to move out for weeks. The mangers Dani and Erica are horrible and should be fired for how rude they are and don't care about the residents.
