These apartments is a really nice place to live at for your first apartments! It’s affordable and the staff/maintenance is super helpful and kind! And a huge shoutout to Mary and Madi! They are the absolute best!
I am writing this review as a warning to prospective tenants. My experience with Commons on 2nd has been nothing short of a nightmare, and I feel compelled to share the nonstop issues I encountered during my residency. First and foremost, the management's integrity is questionable at best. Despite only being one month behind on rent, they initiated a garnishment against us for two months' worth. Their audacity to attempt a second garnishment was thankfully shut down by the judge, who recognized the absurdity of their actions... read more
Great property and staff, Mary the property manager was very helpful and was able to answer every question I had!
We just moved here about 2 weeks ago. My niece and nephew have lived here for almost a year and told us how much they like it here. So far, it's been amazing!! Even though we're only a block off of State Street, it's quiet and peaceful!! Maddy and everyone here have been awesome and have helped us with everything we needed!!
