Terrible. They are upping the rent for all units as much as they legally can every new lease (9.4%). NOT worth it. Most of the maintenance crew don't know what they are doing and try to blame tenants when the cheap appliances break. The main office is especially bad-- very very high turnover, with employees in the office AND maintenance team, if that tells you anything.
