Coming up on the end of my current lease and I can say this has been the most professional and comfortable I've lived in years. Any problems are solved quickly and it's a friendly quite environment more times then not. Wonderful place to recollect yourself, then pressure bigger and better.
Last summer the commons stole over 500 dollars from us and when management gets asked about it they say they know nothing about it.as far as no smoking well that's funny cause both buildings have a strong smell of marijuana in almost every hallway and the commons allows the tenants to smoke cigarettes right in the entrance points of the buildings.the commons send notification about rent being do and we don't even live there thanks for the harassment commons grow up and replace the thieves you call management
Living at the commons was a bitter sweet experience. It started off great but after some time, there were some difficulties. We had several issues with our air conditioning and they ended up having us live to another room due to no fault of our own. When we were ready to move out, there were things wrong with the apartment they originally wanted us to pay for because of their lacklustre record keeping of the rooms condition. Overall not the greatest experience. I would recommend trying to find somewhere cheaper if available.
I would like to thank Justin for fixing our heat this morning, we didn't have any all night and it was 56 degrees in our apartment, he is the best, he's a very busy man, thank you again Justin
I love this place it has so much space and there’s nice people that live there it’s the best apartment complex I’ve ever been to and I’ve been living here for 2.5 years and it’s still the same still nice people,lots of space it’s great thanks for making commons at Mansfield owner at really appreciate it I was home less before but now I have someplace to call home
