WORST MANAGEMENT EVER!!! I moved in last November with the most lovely girls that were running the office and they were a big selling point for why we moved here. But mid-way through our lease they changed management. At first we didn’t notice a huge difference until they had a lenders inspection coming up. Then all of sudden they had to be in our unit every day for week or at least that’s the notice they gave us. When we went to ask for more intel they had no information about whose unit was actually being worked on or stil... read more

I lived in an apartment close to the leasing office. Safety wise, the complex is safe, I had no issues. The apartments have windows in two directions of the house, which means lots of sun-shine and more view during summer. The leasing office employees were very nice and cooperative. Now let's move to the native points: 1. I have been charged a 220$ apartment cleaning fee although I left the apartment spotless. They also charged me a 115$ carpet cleaning fee which I believe I left spotless as well. I think that's an overcharg... read more
