Rating ZERO!!!!!! the ONLY good thing about this place is the maintenance workers. They’re truly great and friendly. The new management is HORRIBLE. They are rude/disrespectful. Clueless on what good customer service is about. Clueless on how to work in management. Clueless on anything and everything you can think of. Sadly these people don’t realize that if there were no renters there would be no job for them. Ungrateful selfish people. We toured Commons at Hawthorn Village but ended up choosing a different apartment. Still, the tour itself was a great experience. Orin our tour guide and leasing agent was very professional, friendly, and made us feel welcome the entire time. We really appreciated his approach and hospitality.
Am greatly impressed by the maintenance team.Well done they are friendly, polite and are great at their job especially Felix I give him 5 star 🌟
WORST MANAGEMENT EVER!!! I moved in last November with the most lovely girls that were running the office and they were a big selling point for why we moved here. But mid-way through our lease they changed management. At first we didn’t notice a huge difference until they had a lenders inspection coming up. Then all of sudden they had to be in our unit every day for week or at least that’s the notice they gave us.
