My son currently lives here. He has been trying to get information from the office for about 3 weeks now. He just needs a printout of his rental payment history. He needs it to get approved for a new place to live where he can afford to help me, his disabled mother off the street. Still have yet to get any assistance.
My washer stopped working. Felix and the maintenance team got me a brand new washer in just a couple days! Previous maintenance requests have also been addressed in a timely fashion.
No Security Cameras. Recently had a lot of break ins and thefts. The management should install security cameras and patrolling vehicles. In march alone, news of about 4-5 break ins and thefts have come out. Update: Ceiling heights way low...stairs are narrow so good luck getting your furniture up.
We’ve had our water shut off unexpectedly 4 times in the past month. The staff send out poorly worded notices for the wrong day or do not notify residents at all. They send more emails about food trucks than they do safety concerns. The office staff has consistently proven themselves to be highly incompetent and unable to address basic questions.
