Our stove stopped working and Edgard came in and fixed it in no time flat. Edgard is very friendly and very knowledgeable

I placed a work order for beeping smoke/carbon detectors this morning, half an hour later Edgard showed up and started replacing the batteries on the detectors in the bedroom. He noticed they were very old. So he left and came back with new ones. We tested to make sure everything was good so we are set now until the batteries need to be replaced. Thank you for your quick and thorough job.
We have really enjoyed living here. We have been here for about 6 months now and we will definitely be renewing our lease when the time comes. Both the management and maintenance team are kind and understanding. Any problem that we have run across has been fixed by both. It is very easy to communicate with both teams as well, and having them onsite has been wonderful. The people are friendly here, and we are glad we found this complex.
