We’ve had our water shut off unexpectedly 4 times in the past month. The staff send out poorly worded notices for the wrong day or do not notify residents at all. They send more emails about food trucks than they do safety concerns. The office staff has consistently proven themselves to be highly incompetent and unable to address basic questions. Lived there for a few years. Not worth the price anymore but the management was good and the were honest with the move in deposit refunds.
This is not a safe place to stay. Several broke-in happened recently and there are no security camera around at all. The management team took no responsibility and transparency.
DO NOT RENT HERE! The management team is horrible. My fridge broke and all my items melted. Called the office and they told me to get a new fridge myself.
Lived here for 2.5 years between two apartments and each one was infested with Silverfish coming out of the light sockets.
