New maintains team is really good and quick, Rosario Nolaco was very quick and responsive to solve the issue.
Best apartment complex I have ever lived in. Maintenance is fast, employees are friendly, the grounds are clean; I've been here several years and cannot see myself moving any time in the future. Edit; Happily lived here six years and counting.

First impressions are very important! Mine was uninviting to say the least. Getting a hold of this place is next to impossible, I emailed, called, left messages, and got nothing in return after getting an email saying I had been accepted. When I was finally acknowledged, it was because I had physically gone down to the office to ask about the details. There was one guy in the office who had no idea what was going on. Just had my heater break and created a ticket in their portal. Rosario Nolasco came to my rescue. Maintenance was completed in 10 minutes!!! Now I can sit in my warm apartment and watch downtown Abby all day! Will Mr Borrow ever learn?!
