I didn’t want to write this but here we are. Let me start by saying the physical apartment is great, and has a great view. What has earned this rating was the neighbors and how management has handled the situation. If you plan on moving here, please note that management will allow loud music at all hours, they will not enforce any sort of parking rules, and allow tenants to operate automobile repair businesses in the tenant only parking. There is no three strike rule, they do not enforce anything. Update, it only gets worse.... read more

I lived here for two years because I needed an average and affordable place during a temporary period of my life. The number of people and cars around the property never matched the amount of actual units. The pool and garbage areas were used more by random people than by actual tenants. The hot tub was barely warm most of the time and often seemed broken. The tennis court was basically an old paved lot with potholes that looked like they had not been fixed since the early nineties. filled oumultiple maintenance issues outstanding from a rushed move in. I Rosario addressed each quickly and professionally. very friendly. I turned on the kitchen faucet which did not seem right. I he went and got a replacement head.
The Commons at Creekside has an excellent maintenance team. Work orders are handled quickly without complicated procedures.Rosario, the maintenance manager, is very responsive, patient, and professional. He listened to our needs and fixed our place in less than 20 minutes. I really appreciate his help and the efficiency of the maintenance team.
