Seems to have a lot of turnover in staff. Communication SUCKS. Sent an help ticket 3 days ago to get my washing machine fixed and got no communication no email no text no phone call that maintenance was going into my unit today to fix it. Got home from work to my washer running so obviously someone had been over but no communication as to if the problem is resolved or not. Another fantastic review of Rosario - put in a low priority ticket in the evening, and early the next morning he shows up to fix it. Exceptionally helpful, friendly, and super professional about everything, never had a bad experience with him. Thank you so much for all the help, Rosario!
Had maintenance come by and fix the front door lock and had our drier replaced. Rosario did amazing and was fast and very respectful. Highly recommend him for going above and beyond!
Rosario (maintenance manager) is the BEST!! He listens to your needs, is very friendly and happy, and gets the job done the first time! Rosario ALWAYS goes above and beyond and never complains about anything. He is definitely a very great and important asset to the Creekside team.
