Very nice people live here. The company doesn't really listen to get more benches or care to keep a garbage receptacle in front of building. Also we need a pop machine and snack machine in our building to keep up the moral or the positivity. We have no excersize equipment.

Business response:

Hello ****************,Thank you for bringing this to our attention. We work hard to provide amenities that our residents can look forward to. Putting equipment and vending machines in common areas of some of our housing communities add an additional expense to maintain and unfortunately, we do not usually collect enough in revenues from those items to support the cost of the additional expenses. Please continue to work with staff for creative solutions around bringing additional amenities to your housing community. Thank yo... read more

I live in Edina, which is a nice area. However, the management here allows people responsible for numerous noise, harassment and smoking complaints to do as they please. Even a tenant with a pet that bit someone was unpunished. Management here complains about repeated violations of rules while doing nothing to punish the violators of those rules. Incompetent, lazy, irresponsible management makes what should be a great building to live in one many seek to leave. Beware CommonBond properties.

Terrible place to live. they manage Francis Skinner building in Duluth, and can't get anything done. Security quit since they never got paid. Maintenance and care takers quit, no replacements. Promises have been made but never met.

Business response:

Hi Nic, this is certainly not the level of cleanliness standard at our communities. I just followed up in a private message to get this figured out!

The property I live is Manage by Commondbond. In December public housing decreased my portion of the rent, and is June and they haven't updated my ledger and still charging me full price rent. Manteniance sucks, the take forever to fix anything.

I thought that I was odd when I saw all of the former employees posting on the shortcomings of CommonBond Communities but gosh, they were all right on the money. There is a central thought that the management structure is extremely poor and I experienced this personally and I am more than happy to field any questions on this - there is just a huge lack of any sort of property management expereince. There was a mass exodus from CommonBond in January and now it makes sense. They are not long for the world and at one time they ... read more

Not a good company to work for. I quit because when I asked for much needed help, help to get the property in good standings...I was told no and to just keep at it. Would not recommend working for CommonBond.
