This feels less like roadside service and more like a bedtime horror story for truck owners. One morning our driver started the truck and realized it wouldn’t hold air at all. We waited for about an hour, then called this road service. Before dispatch, they sent us a pricing and terms sheet — so far, so professional. He was very professional came out early to help me with my car that broke down in the snow. He knew the problem before he came but still did a proper diagnostic and even after that double checked to make sure the issue was what he presumed. Helped me get a deal from advanced auto parts for the part and even drove me and my son back to the hotel so we didnt have to wait in the cold. He was very accommodating and polite. I highly recommend.
Unfortunately my box truck needed some work at the last minute while stranded in New Jersey . I called this company to help and the service was fast and very knowledgeable. After the service he warned me about existing issues that needed attention but as a man in my 20’s I ignored him. 30 minutes later I broke down again due to everything he told me I needed to get fix as well.
