My wife and I realized our hot water heater was leaking at 8pm in the evening and when we called Common Sense Plumbing Kurt, and Steve talked us through what we needed to do to avoid having a flood in our basement. In the morning Sal and Manny promptly arrived at 9am to remove the old hot water heater and replaced it with a brand new one. They came out last minute towards the end of the night. They did such a great job, they were in and out in an hour and a half, and they showed my husband how to fix A BC if we ever end up with the same issue again. They were so friendly. I will 100% use them again and recommend them to friends & family!

We found a gas leak with our hot water heater. My husband called Common Sense Plumbing around 4:30pm; we got a call back from Kurt and my husband explained the situation; Kurt was here in about 15 minutes!! Kurt fixed the leak, checked all the lines for any other issues, was courteous, and pricing was great. Definitely will use Common Sense Plumbing again. In my experience, "Word of mouth" plumbers, contractors and electricians are most times the best. I will recommend Common Sense Plumbing to everyone:)
