Ross and his team are incredibly knowledgeable and kind! You would be shocked how much you might be paying for your set up and his solutions would be so much easier & cost effective. We called CSBS to get help with our Konica Minolta BizHub Copier. CSBS sent out Tom and he was amazing. He called the day before to understand my issues so he would know what to bring, he called in the morning of the appointment to confrim the appointment and he called again to let us know he was on his way and he showed up a few mintues early.
