Worst company Ever! Don't even think about doing business with this lady , it's been more than a month and the the deed is not recorded yet , not only that , she doesn't pick up the phone everything is thru email with no answer at all ! Save time and effort and look for any other reliable title company. And just to be clear I called orange county, and as of today they are not behind not even a week , when its by mail it takes 7 days to recorded and dropping a off the same day. Have a good Day.
