I have never hired Common Links to do work, but we have rented space from them for three years for our own HVAC operation. From my experiences as a their tenant I have seen first had what an exemplary operation they run. Very organized, efficient, along with good bossiness ethics. Corey Lepak, who manages all of their field operations, is outstanding. Renting from them has been a great experience and from what I have seen of their operations I strongly recommend them as a contractor.

Guy driving a pickup truck on I94 heading west bound near Johnson Creek at about 5:50am on 10/16/2025 should not be allowed to drive for your company. He was in the left lane under the speed limit and would not allow 2 cars to pass. He would speed up and nearly collided with one. I witnessed the entire situation.
One the best, if not the best steel stud, drywall, acoustical ceiling, and painting contractor in southern Wisconsin.
