I recently called your office for the first time to inquire about making an appointment, as I’m currently searching for a new general practitioner. Unfortunately, my experience with the person who answered the phone was disappointing. She came across as disinterested and unhelpful, which was surprising given the positive reviews and the website’s claim of same-day appointments. Yvette Gonzalez APRN is professional, kind, warm, and concerned for her patients. 1st time at this office and I am very pleased with entire staff. Cheyrl is hands down the best coordinator, she is efficient and knowledgeable, but so very kind! They really make you feel heard. 5 star rating!
