Trying to set up an electrical inspection for a client. Common Ground Electric answered the call with "Hello?!" I was slightly taken aback and asked if I was speaking with Common Ground Electric. An annoyed "Yup" was the response. I let him know I was looking to get an electrical inspection. He just said I dont do that and hung up. You'd think after ten years you would learn how to be respectful and courteous on the phone.
Called the guy asking for help- he is not nice and sounds bitter.
Jack is a true professional who not only is extremely knowledgable with electrical, but also is very courteous and communicative. I've been looking for an electrician in the Franklin area and called about 8 other businesses before finding Jack. He even acknowledged my interest in learning more about where I went wrong in trying to change out the switches myself and took the time to clearly and respectfully explain solutions to the problems.
