Unfortunately, customer service has taken a turn for the worst. I live in Margaretville. My personal opinion is that Jack has over extended himself and can't handle his previous clients; however, he continues currently doing installations without proper service resources. Years ago, I gave Jack a great review and I have been his client for years. I had nothing but praise for him and his service. Amazing service. Went above and beyond. So happy with the HONEST service. Attentive to questions and truly, just, sticks to their word... Which is so uncommon nowadays. Fair price. Would hire again!
Jack did the electric hook up in our double wide. He got it done promptly and we’ve had no trouble with it. Have called him back to get a floodlight but up. He’s friendly and knowledgeable
