Do not trust this man with your divorce or your money. Working with David at Common Ground Mediation was a nightmare. After I completed a large project, he stonewalled me, refused to pay, and only after I threatened legal action—and said I’d inform the clients whose confidential Zoom recordings he had shared with me—did he pay what he owed. Do not go thru them...nothing but lies!!! They lied that we would meet face to face, but we couldn't because they are selling the building. The online questionairre they required we fill out didn't work...they said it had known problems. They said we would have constant support, but we paid $2000 and only had 30 min with a mediator, Monica. David Musselman is not a court-certified mediator despite claiming to be (see images; also look up https://www.utcourts.gov/mediation/roster/list_med.php). David offers to individually "counsel" couples as well as mediate. This is in direct violation of what I learned is appropriate mediation behavior, which is to stay neutral. David accepted hours of calls directly from my then-husband Mike. In total, Mike paid David $10,000 in "mediation" and "counseling" out of family money.
