This business uses sketchy billing practices to overcharge consumers trying to use clean energy. They send out energy "credits" averaging less that 20$ a month while charging hundreds of $ on top of your initial energy bill. They recently charged me three separate times in one month, claiming it was an error in billing from other months (there has bever been a month I was not charged). It's good to have the opportunity to support renewable energy through this State program. Hopefully the program will expand in the future. The review call today helped me understand the program better.
I have had this service for several years, and am very pleased with it. On occasion I have needed to reach out with questions, and the responsiveness & professionalism has always been top notch.
