Edit: Still an awful company, but some added context. I got switched to paying by check, but my last check was never cashed and my card was charged. Lets see what happens this month. Additionally, Do some math people. With my last solar company I was saving about $20 a month, but now I am paying $25 more with this company... Not worth it. I am upset that the guy that called me claiming that they were a program within comed. After checking things out he lied! I kept asking him and whomever the woman was on the phone if they were a third party company and they both said no. Lied again! Asked all sorts of questions to appear as if they were legit! You are not who your claiming to be but yes you work for common energy but your doing things separately from comed and liheap. One thing is for sure They need to be sued for falsely using comed customers to get people ... read more
