I'm happy with Common Energy's customer service and efforts to help me support solar development. Although it took more than a year from my application for the project to start up and begin crediting my utility bill, the credits are flowing regularly and without any effort on my part. As off right now going super low on this rating. I have had zero real interaction with this company but apparently my old company either sold my account or gave them control of the project my account was tied to. I had one sketchy email from them like a week ago, and now I have a bill that is due in 10 days. On top of that, they have my credit card information apparently. I have had a very good experience participating in the Common Energy program. This is a great way to save a little money and help our environment.
I have really benefitted from this program. Credits are always more than subscription fees so far. I have told developers friends about the program, but when they see SUBSCRIPTION FEE they hesitate. Please don’t let this deter you!
Was "automatically" converted over from Arcadia without my authorization. Utility bill showed up as "past due" so started paying directly. Suddenly started getting charged by Common Energy with absolutely no credit to my utility provider. Complete scam. Avoid this company.
